元々このDWE（ディズニー英語システム）ユーザーで、購入したアドバイザーさんからイベントのお手伝いを勧められたことがきっかけです。そこでDWEを持っているご家庭が多いことに気づき、アドバイザーというお仕事にも興味を持ち、アドバイザーに応募しました。
実際にアドバイザーとして働かれてみて、どうでしたか？
営業経験もなく最初は不安でしたが、仕事を教えてくれる上司・先輩がいらしたので、安心して仕事を始められました。主にサンプル請求されたお客様へDWEをお勧めするお仕事であることと、自分のペースでできるお仕事だったこともあり、とてもやりやすいお仕事だと思いました。いまは、子育てと両立しながら、お仕事を楽しんでいます。

Telephone English Performers
（Native English teachers）
Position Overview
We are currently seeking Telephone English Consultants to provide fun and engaging English lessons to children over the phone using our original teaching materials.
This is not a traditional teaching role. Lessons are designed to be both educational and entertaining, with an emphasis on songs, interactive activities, and natural conversation rather than formal grammar instruction.
Who We’re Looking For
- Native-level English speakers
- Energetic, positive, and enthusiastic individuals who enjoy working with children
- Confident singers who can sing without musical accompaniment
- Reliable professionals committed to providing high-quality lessons
Working Hours
- Lesson Days: Monday to Friday (including Japanese national holidays)
- Lesson Hours: 3:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.
- Daily Lesson Time: Typically range from 1.5 to 7 hours, depending on your availability and company needs.
Work Arrangement
- Flexible scheduling based on your monthly availability
- Initially, lessons will be conducted from our office. Remote work may become available in the future, subject to mutual agreement and business needs.
No lessons are scheduled during the following periods: approximately one week for Golden Week, one week in summer, and approximately three weeks for the year-end and New Year holidays

※Contract rates are reviewed annually and may increase up to the third-year rate cap, subject to meeting the applicable requirements.
- This is an independent contractor agreement.
- The initial contract includes a 90-day evaluation period.
- Upon successful completion of the evaluation period, the contract will continue through October 31 of the current year.
- Thereafter, the agreement may be renewed for successive one-year terms, subject to mutual agreement and business needs.

Native English teachers

- Native English teachers conduct lessons based on Disney World of English Language System, which is the leading language system for young children in Japan. Unlike other language schools, the students already have a firm foundation of English language skills. The teachers aren't teachers, but facilitators of English language production. Teachers do not need to TEACH the students new grammar points as they will have already acquired the necessary language skills required for the lesson.

- Native English teachers will use a wide variety of materials available in each classroom or educational support center to conduct effective and productive lessons. The teachers may also create their own materials they determine as necessary for the lesson.

- Native English teachers will periodically evaluate the students and write assessment reports.

- Native English teachers will be required to attend professional development seminars as part of their continuing training.

- Hold a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent from an accredited university.

- Be a native English speaker from a country whose native language is English.

- Love working and playing with children.

- Be prepared to commit to a one year contract.

- Be creative, energetic, and flexible.
